Corporate and team-building days

To play polo well, being proactive, reactive, communicative and respectful is essential making it an excellent team-building experience, of best use for those with some riding experience although non-riders are welcome.  Our schoolmaster ponies are eminently trained and well mannered to suit all standards of rider.

A bespoke itinerary can be created to suit your needs with an example timetable for a group of six to eight riders as follows;

10.30am	Arrive at The Clubhouse for coffee and biscuits
11.00am	Tour of Longdole Polo Club
11.30am	Briefing and matching of riders to horses based on experience, age, height and weight
12.00am	Tuition on the wooden horse, stick and ball practice and then it’ll be time to get in the saddle the arena polo ménage such that colleagues can watch from the Clubhouse balcony.  Basics include developing your swing, the polo seat, hooking and riding off, culminating in a match.
2.00pm	Lunch in the Clubhouse
4.00pm	Depart

Price from £150 per person. 

All participants must wear jeans/comfortable trousers, boots with a good heel and it is essential that they wear a good fitting riding hat to BS1384 or PAS015 kite standard.
